Marie and André, lovers of nature and old stones, acquired a few years ago an
old 18th century farm. This building, formerly in the countryside, is now
in the city in the middle of a 4500 m² garden, bordered by a 5 ha pond. It is an
exceptional place that combines nature and town.
This old farmhouse has been carefully restored in a modern, comfortable and
functional way while retaining the charm of yesteryear.
- At the gates of Le Mans, 4 km from its centre, Place de la
République. - 6 km from the main entrance to the racing circuit, 10 minutes from Pôle Européen du Cheval

Newport room
Newport is a beautiful room located on the ground floor.
This room refers to the sea, the navy and the maritime adventure.
You will be lulled by its calm and charm. It is an ideal place to spend a few days.
Albatros room
The Albatros Suite is located on the first floor.
The theme of this room is travel and adventure in the air.
It refers to the legendary and majestic bird, the Albatross…a great and tireless
traveller.
